摘要
为优化紫外光固化弹性地板漆的涂装工艺,笔者研究了由4种油漆构成的7种涂层结构对漆膜拉伸强度、硬度、附着力、耐磨性等参数的影响。结果表明:在相同的涂布量和固化条件下,涂层的构成和结构对紫外光固化漆膜的硬度、耐磨性、附着力和拉伸强度都有比较明显的影响。采用紫外光固化漆解决地板的开裂问题时,3层弹性底漆和2层耐磨面漆的复合涂层结构效果较好,此时地板漆的硬度达到3H,100 r磨耗值低于0.09 g,附着力等级达到ISO标准1级,最大拉断伸长率达到6.88%且无裂纹。
In this paper,the effects of seven coating structures formed by four types of paints on the performance of coating film,including tensile strength,hardness,adhesion and wearing resistance were investigated for optimizing the process conditions of UV( Ultraviolet) curing elastic flooring paint. The results showed that the composition and structure of the coating had obvious influence on the performance,including hardness,wearing resistance,adhesion and tensile strength of UV curing elastic coating film under the same dosage and curing condition. The composite coating structures of three UV high-elastic undercoat layers and two UV wear-resisting finishing coat layers were most effective to solve the problem of floor cracking with 3H hardness,100 r wearing value 0. 09 g,grade 1 ISO level adhesion,elongation at break 6. 88% without film cracking.
