心血管事件是危害居民健康的最常见原因之一,干预其危险因素可以避免或阻止心血管事件及其并发症的发生。然而,实际工作中,即使主要危险因素已得到很好的控制,如改善生活方式,控制血压、血糖、胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白等,部分患者的心血管事件仍未能避免,即存在心血管事件的残余风险。因此,如何降低心血管事件残余风险对于预防心血管事件发生有重大意义。

Cardiovascular event is one of the most common causes harming the health, the intervention tothe occurrence risk factors may avoid or prevent cardiovascular events and its complications. However, in theactual work, even ff the main risk factors are well controlled, such as improving life style, controlling bloodpressure, blood glucose, cholesterol and low density .ipoprotein, some of the patients still failed to avoid cardi-ovascular events,i, e. the presence of residual risk of cardiovascular events. Therefore, how to reduce theresidual risk of cardiovascular events is also of great significance for the prevention.
