摘要 睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)与慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)之间存在着复杂的关系,已有研究证实SAS与早期肾脏疾病、蛋白尿、终末期肾脏疾病、血液透析和肾移植等不同时期的肾脏疾病相关。由于两者之间存在较多的共同危险因素,因此正确、全面地认识,并了解SAS在CKD发生、发展过程中的可能机制,对提高SAS的临床诊断和治疗具有重要的意义。 There is a complex relationship between sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) and chronic kidney dis- ease(CKD). Studies have confirmed that SAS is involved in different stages of kidney diseases,such as early kidney disease, proteinuria, end-stage renal disease, hemodialysis and kidney transplantation. Nevertheless, there are many common risk factors between them. It is critical to identify these risk factors correctly and thoroughly and clarify the mechanism of SAS accelerating the process of CKD ,which will play an important role in improving the diagnosis and treatment of SAS.
