血清CA125联合抗子宫内膜抗体在子宫内膜异位症诊断中的研究进展

Research Progress of Serum CA125 Joint Endometrial Antibody in the Diagnosis of Endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症是一种常见的妇科疾病,因其临床表现多样,故诊断较困难,尤其对于早期患者或临床表现不明显者。腹腔镜作为诊断子宫内膜异位症的金标准可诊断明确,但应用其他的辅助性检查却有较低的诊断准确率,故有学者将多种诊断方法联合应用进行实验研究。血清糖类抗原125和抗子宫内膜抗体联合应用可显著提高子宫内膜异位症诊断的敏感性和特异性,从而提高诊断率、降低误诊率。

Endometriosis is a common disease of gynecology,due to its clinical manifestations of diversi-fication,the clinical diagnosis is relatively difficult,especially for early stage condition,or patients with unob-vious clinical manifestation. Laparoscopy is a gold standard for the diagnosis of endometriosis, while other auxiliary methods have low diagnosis accuracy,so some scholars combine a variety of diagnostic methods for experiment and study. It is shown that it can improve the sensitivity and specificity of endometriosis through the combination with serum carbohydrate antigen 125 and endometrial antibody,so as to increase the diagnos-tic rate,and reduce the clinical misdiagnosis rate.
