摘要 为满足非接触电能传输(CPT)系统输出恒流的需求,提出一种新型的基于LCL补偿的CPT系统拓扑。建立其等效电路并进行分析,得出在特定工作条件下该拓扑具有相角为零和次级输出恒定电流的优点,进一步推导出系统向负载传输功率计算表达式,得出该拓扑具有较高的功率因数,同时逆变器输入电流随着负载的减小而减小。额定频率下松耦合变压器初级线圈电流保持恒定而与负载大小无关,保证电能由电源向负载的稳定输出。最后,设计了基于LCL补偿的CPT系统样机,实验结果证明了所设计方法的具有可行性。 In order to meet the needs that contactless power transfer(CPT) system output as constant current source.a new topology of CPT system is proposed.By building and analyzing the equivalent circuit model,the advantage of a zero phase angle of the input impedance and secondary side output of the constant current under specific operating conditions are achieved.The expression of output power is deduced, and the topology has a higher power factor and the input current of the inverters is decreased with the decrease of load.Constant loosely coupled transformer primary winding current independent of load level is inherent in the proposed system so that power could be transmitted from power source to load in a stable manner.A tentative LCL compensation CPT System is designed with the mentioned component parameters.The feasibility of the design method is verified by the experimental results.
