Soft Switching Control Technology of Electrical-field Coupled Power Transfer System

摘要 针对电场耦合型无线电能传输(ECPT)系统高频逆变环节开关管导通与关断过程中产生的开关损耗及噪音污染等问题,结合具体的系统拓扑,提出一种零电流开关(ZCS)控制策略,通过检测系统谐振电流过零点对开关管驱动信号进行闭环控制,从而保证系统始终工作在软开关状态,改善了开关器件的工作条件,减小了开关噪声,提高了系统效率。仿真和实验验证了基于ECPT系统的软开关控制策略的有效性。 A zero current switching control(ZCS) technology is proposed in order to overcome several issues including switching losses and noise pollution in electrical-field coupled wireless power transfer(ECPT) systems which are caused by high frequency inverter module.The control signal of switch is generated by detecting harmonic current.As the results ,the ECPT system is working on soft switching state ,the switching noise and system effeeience are improved.At last, the simulation and experiments verify the accuracy of soft switching control technology based on ECPT.
