摘要
向具有相对转动状态的用电设备供电时,使用滑环接触方式存在滑动摩擦,因而会产生磨损碎屑和电火花等问题,采用非接触式电能传输的方案可以有效解决这些问题。研究了具有相对转动部件的非接触式供电系统的设计,包括电能变换电路的设计、补偿网络参数的选择和频率控制方法等。针对松耦合变压器在转动过程中参数变化的特点,通过绘制工作特性曲线选取合适的补偿网络参数,能有效减小转动过程中负载电压的波动;而频率控制在保持高电能传输效率的同时可增大提供给负载的电压范围。
There exists several risks such as swear and tear, spark, when slip ring is used for transfer electricity to rotaring power consumption equipment while wireless power transfer is an effective substitution.This paper mainly focuses on the design of contactless power supply system for rotating applications, including the design of conversion circuit,choose of compensation network parameters,control method of frequency and so on.For loosely coupled transformer parameters change during rotation, appropriate compensation parameters can reduce the change of load voltage. And frequency control can maintain high efficiency.
