Reporters can be regarded as aprincipal part in journalism ＆ communicationcore part of the operation of the media, which construct the mainpractice. There are some natural links between their professionalcharacteristics and microblogging. These links were natural - made and cannot be stripped, behind which was a se-ries of conflicts need to debug in using microblogging, including the conflict between self - imagination of their rolesand identity construction, the conflict between their microblogging expression and media expression, these two kindof conflicts are the core issues in journalists using microblogging and need more academic researches.
