摘要
以辽墓壁画做切入点,结合文献资料对辽代饮食进行探讨:西瓜的传入大概在太祖天赞年间,蒸馏酒的制作早在辽代就已经成熟,其食材除了自产外,多通过对外贸易获得。辽代饮食结构的多元化、食材产地的多元化,反映了在辽政权的统治下,各民族之间相互交融,不断彼此融合的历史事实。
Studying the tomb murals in Liao Dynasty and the literature, this paper researches into the diets inLiao Dynasty and has a conclusion that the diversification is the most obvious character of the diets in Liao Dynastywhich reflects the integration and communication of all nations in Liao Dynasty.
