Research on sliding-parameter shutdown technology for unit with Eastern Junggar coal-fired boiler

新疆新特能源股份有限公司自备热电厂锅炉设计燃用准东地区煤种,从机组滑参数停机前准备、滑参数停机过程中的参数控制以及注意事项等方面进行分析,探索了燃用准东煤锅炉机组滑参数停机的可行技术,快速、有效地降低了停机后的汽轮机缸温,为机组大修争取了时间。

The designed coal of the Self-supply Power Plant of Xinjiang Xinte Energy Company Limited is the Eastern Junggar coal. The preparation before unit sliding-parameter shutdown,the parameter control during sliding-parameter shutdown and matters needing attention were analyzed. The feasible sliding-parameter shutdown technology for Eastern Junggar coal-fired boiler was explored. The turbine casing temerature can be reduced quickly and effectively after shutdown by the technology,and this remains sufficient time for unit overhaul.
