基于地方电网环境的发电厂检修模式研究

摘要 在广泛研究火力发电厂常见检修模式的基础上,提出了在地方电网环境下,应以事故检修为基础,计划检修、点检定修及状态检修模式共同存在、优势互补、滚动发展的检修模式。提出了发电集团未来采取发电权交易模型解决非计划检修、非计划停运问题的思路以及如采用市场经济竞争手段,由检修公司承包电厂定修或状态检修,则必须满足合同责任主体应当与电厂分离、检修服务应当"供大于求"这2个基本条件。为减少我国地方企业火电机组非计划停运和检修模式改革提供了理论依据。 On the basis of extensive study on common mainte-nance modes of thermal power plant,a maintenance mode under the local power grid environment was proposed,which is based on the accidental maintenance with the help of complementary advantages and rolling development of co-existed planned maintenance,spot inspection customizing repair and condition-based maintenance. Meanwhile,a new idea for solving the problems of unscheduled shutdown and maintenance by using generation rights trade model was presented for power generation groups in the future. In addition,this paper suggested that if the power generation groups contract out the spot inspection customizing repair and condition-based maintenance to other maintenance companies by introducing the market competition,two basic conditions must be satisfied. One is that the contract subject should be separated from the power plant,the other is that maintenance service should be oversupply. In short,this paper provides a new view of reducing unscheduled shutdown and reforming the maintenance modes for local power plants.
