摘要
四川广安发电有限责任公司#62锅炉在低负荷状态下投运D层燃烧器时炉内火焰检测信号剧烈波动,分析原因为D层燃烧器煤粉着火延迟,导致火焰黑龙区过长,未点燃的煤粉影响邻层燃烧。通过调整一次风温度、煤粉细度及一次风、二次风流量等参数,改善了煤粉的着火条件,缩短了煤粉的着火时间,使煤粉进入炉膛后能够快速点燃。燃烧调整后,该锅炉在低负荷状态下投运D层燃烧器,炉内火焰检测信号波动情况大为改善。
Through analyzing the drastic fluctuation of flame detecting signals in layer D burner for No. 62 boiler that is working under low load conditions in Sichuan Guang'an power plant,the reason is considered as the pulverized coal of layer D burner ignition delayed and generated an overlength unburned zone,and consequently influenced the combustion of neighbor layer.Through adjusting the parameters,such as temperature of primary air,fineness of pulverized coal,flow of primary air and secondary air et al.,the ignition condition of pulverized coal is improved and the ignition time is shortened,which makes the pulverized coal burnt quickly after entering furnace. After the combustion adjustments,the fluctuation of flame detecting signals becomes normal at low load conditions.
