摘要
研究在轿车转向系统中,由于十字万向节的空间布置而产生的转向传动轴力矩波动问题。应用MATLAB建立数学模型,对力矩波动进行仿真及优化,仿真界面操作简单且易于使用。最后,对转向传动轴的空间布置提出了要求。
The authors aim to study the torque fluctuation in steering transmission shaft in steering system, which is caused by the space arrangement and phase angle of cross universal joint. Based on MATLAB software, they build parametric mathematics model, simulate and optimize variables of the torque fluctuation. The operation of simulation interface is simple and easy to use. At last, they present suggestions about space arrangement and phase angle of cross universal joint.
