摘要
绩效评估指标的设计是绩效评估过程中最为核心的内容。运用文献分析法、德尔菲法、数理统计法、模糊数学法和层次分析法,构建出包括4项一级指标、12项二级指标、38项三级指标的政府购买公共体育服务绩效评估指标体系。
It is the core content for evaluating performance to design an indicator of government purchase of public sports serv- ice. This paper, by adopting approaches such as literature review, Delphi method, mathematical statistics method, fuzz math- ematical method and analysis hierarchy process, intends to establish indicator system of performance evaluation, which in- cludes 4 first - level indicators, 12 secondary indicators, 38 tertiary indicators.
