摘要
《火力发电厂烟风煤粉管道设计技术规程DL/T5121—2000》及其配套设计计算方法(简称《六道技规》)是我国电站锅炉烟风道设计计算的指导性标准,其广泛应用于国内各等级、各类型锅炉的烟风道设计中。结合《六道技规》上的算例,通过手算及STAAD PRO建模计算,校核算例上的加强筋选型,并通过比较分析对设置内撑杆的锅炉烟风道加强筋选型进行了探讨,同时为内撑杆的设置及加强筋选型提出了建议。
Code for Design of Coal Dust Duct in Thermal Power Plant DL/T5121-2000 (hereinafter referred to as CODE) and its supporting design methods are the technical guidance for the design of gas and air ducts in utility boiler in China. The CODE has been widely applied in the design of gas and air ducts of all levels and all types of boilers. In ways of manual computation and modeling computation using STAAD PRO, this paper verified the selection of stiffener type in the calculation examples from the CODE. In addition, selection of stiffener type in gas and air ducts with braces was discussed through comparison and analysis. Suggestions on the installation of braces and the selection of stiffener type were also given in this paper.
