摘要
试验选用Alloy 617 mod镍基焊材为填充金属,焊接Sanicro 25奥氏体不锈钢管,通过了焊接接头的常温力学性能、高温短时拉伸性能、高温时效性能及高温持久性能试验。结果表明:焊接接头的常温、高温力学性能均满足相关标准的规定。
This paper selected alloy 617 rood nickel base welding counsumables as filler metals to weld Sanicro 25 austennitic stailess steel. The test results indicate that mechnical properties at room and elevated temperature all meet the related standard specification, according to the tests of mechanical properties at ambient temperature, high-temperature short-time tensile properties, high-temperature aging properties and creep rupture properties at elevated temperature for welded joints.
