关节镜辅助内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折近远期疗效分析

Short and long term curative effects of arthroscopy assisted internal fixation on tibial plateau fracture

目的探讨关节镜辅助内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折近远期疗效。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月82例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组41例,予传统手术治疗;观察组41例,予关节镜辅助内固定治疗,观察比较两组临床效果和相关指标的变化。结果观察组治疗后住院时间、术后制动时间、骨折愈合时间、疼痛消失时间明显短于对照组（均P〈0.05）,而两组手术时间无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;术后随访6个月,总疗效上,对照组优良率43.90%、总有效率80.49%,观察组则分别为68.29%和97.56%,观察组优良率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论关节镜辅助内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折近远期疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the short and long term curative effects of arthroscopy assisted internal fixation on tibial plateau fracture. Methods 82 cases of tibial plateau fracture hospitalized between January 2013 and January 2015 were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups. Control group were given traditional operation, and observation group were given arthroscopy assisted internal fixation. Observation and comparison were made in the clinical efficacy and changes of relevant indexes between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the hospital stay time, braking time after surgery, fracture healing time, and extinction time of pain in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group（all P〈 0.05）.However, the difference in operation time was not significant between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. Postoperative follow-up was made for6 months, the excellence rate and total effective rate in the control group were 43.90% and 80.49%, and those of the observation group were 68.29% and 97.56%, respectively. The excellence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopy assisted internal fixation has satisfactory long term curative effects on tibial plateau fracture.
