新型城镇化建设进程中的小城镇体育发展路径研究

Research on Sports Development of Small Town During the Process of New Urbanization

我国改革开放30年来的城镇化历程正在将崭新的发展机遇赋予小城镇,社会经济发展及其带来的产业机会正不断从中心城市蔓延扩展到广大小城镇,小城镇的产业集聚与劳动人口集聚水平不断提高。加强小城镇的体育发展、提升人的身心素质是题中应有之义。随着小城镇经济的不断发展,居民体育需求的增加与落后的体育发展现状矛盾日益凸显。因此,突破传统财政约束,将小城镇体育发展规划纳入公众监督之下,从不同层面多管齐下拓宽投入渠道,引入民间资本推进体育产业化、以村落为重点发展民俗特色体育项目等,将有助于推进小城镇体育发展,缩小城乡体育差距,实现社会的体育公平。

30 years urbanization course of China＇s reform and opening up has achieved great progress,and more and more new development opportunities are being given to small towns. Industry opportunities brought by the development of social economy have spread from the central cities to masses of small towns,and small towns of industrial agglomeration and labor population agglomeration level has increased rapidly,and it is facing the new task of implementation of the new urbanization and realization the grand goal of people ＇ s urbanization.Strengthening the sports development of small towns,and improving people＇s physical and mental quality is very important now. With the continuous development of economy in small towns,contradictions between the rising of residents sports demand and backward current situation is very serious. Therefore,small town should take some measures to help to promote the development of small towns,and realize social justice,such as breaking through traditional fiscal constraints and putting the sports development of small towns planning under public scrutiny,broadening the investment channels from different multi-pronged level,introducing private capital to promote the sports industrialization,sports development focusing on the village folk characteristics,etc.
