摘要
以跨理论模式为理论基础,设计出为期12周的认知教育课程和行为改变策略,探讨其对青少年运动行为改变的介入成效。结果显示,所调查的中小学生多数处于运动行为准备期,经策略介入后运动行为阶段有显著提升(P<.05),并且以渐进式发展为主;时间、气候与场地设施等结构性因素为主要运动阻碍因素。
Based on transtheoretical model in methods designed for a period of 12 weeks of cognitive education programs and behavior change strategies,this paper explores for youth sports behavior change intervention effectiveness. The results showed that surveyed students are most in preparation,after the intervention stages of exercise behavior has significantly improved( P〈0. 05),with progressive development orientation. Time and venue facilities are the main barriers to the movement.
