不同浓度ABT3号生根粉对蒙古栎幼苗生长的影响

Effects of different concentrations of ABT3 number rooting powder on the Quercus mongolica Fisch. ex Ledeb seedlings growth

为了解ABT3号生根粉对蒙古栎幼苗生长的影响,采用随机区组试验进行了研究。结果表明,不同浓度ABT3号生根粉对于蒙古栎幼苗生长均有显著影响,其中100 mg.L-1效果最好,苗高、地径、主根长和侧根数量均达到了最大值。本研究结果可以作为蒙古栎育苗的参考。

By randomized block design,studied the influence of ABT3 rooting powder on Quercus mongolica Fisch. ex Ledeb seedlings growth. The results showed that of different concentrations of ABT3 rooting powder for Quercus mongolica Fisch. ex Ledeb seedlings growth has a significant impact,which 100 mg L- 1 effect best,stem height,stem diameter,main root length and number of lateral roots have reached the maximum value. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the seedling raising of Quercus mongolica Fisch. ex Ledeb.
