二维斑点追踪成像技术评价足背动脉斑点患者左室长轴收缩功能

摘要 目的 二维斑点追踪成像技术评价足背动脉斑点患者的左室长轴收缩功能方面的应用价值。方法 对2013年10月~2014年10月来我院就诊的住院患者筛选70例分为2组:A组35例为正常对照组;B组35例为足背动脉斑点组。对2组进行常规超声心动图测量、心脏长轴切面18节段STI的纵向峰值应变LS参数测定。结果 B组心脏长轴各节段STI参数LS均明显低于A组,有显著性差异(P〈0.01);常规超声测量值LADs、LVDd、IVSTd、PWTd、EF、FS在2组之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论 二维斑点追踪成像技术可早期、无创、有效地评价足背动脉斑点患者的左室收缩功能。 Objective To evaluate the value of speckle tracking imaging (STI) in detecting the left ventricular long axis systolic function of patients with dorsal artery of the foot spot. Methods From octobes 2013 to October 2014, 70 patients were referred to the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of traditional Chinese medicine. The 70 persons were divided into two groups: (35 and 35 patients in group A and group B), group A: control group, group J3: patients withdorsal artery of the foot spot. Speckle tracking imaging was performed in the long axis view of the heart in 18 segments and conventional echocardiographic parameters were performed in 70 persons. Results Each section of the long axis STI parameter Ls in group B were significantly lower than those in group A ( P〈0.01) ; conventional echocardiographic parameters in group B compared with those of group A had no significant difference ( P〉0.05). Conclusion Speckle tracking is very early, nonvasive and valuable method to assess the left ventricular systolic function of dorsal artery of the foot spot.
