软组织内软骨瘤1例

摘要 患者女,7岁。“发现左环指近节包块1月余”入院。患者父母1月余前偶然发现患者左手环指近节较其健侧粗大,当时稍发红,无明显疼痛。彩超示：左手环指皮下见约2.5cm×1.2cm×1.0cm低回声包块,界清,形态不规则,未见明显血流信号（图1a）。左手CT示：左手环指近节指骨远端掌侧软组织内见1.2cm×2.5cm囊状低密度影,
