气肿性肾盂肾炎的CT表现(附8例分析)

CT findings of emphysematous pyelonephritis(analysis of 8 cases and literature review)

目的 探讨气肿性肾盂肾炎的CT表现。方法 回顾分析2009年6月~2012年10月收集的8例气肿性肾盂肾炎的CT表现并文献复习,全部病例经病理证实。结果 本组8例,CT扫描可见肾实质、肾周间隙、肾盂及输尿管内大量气体存在,肾实质多处破坏,肾周筋膜增厚;其中6例有糖尿病史;2例结石性输尿管梗阻。结论 气肿性肾盂肾炎临床少见,早期临床表现缺乏特异性,病死率高。CT扫描有助于早期诊断,充分认识本病,提高诊断水平。

Objective To explore the CT Findings of emphysematous pyelonephritis. Methods 8 cases of CT findings in patients with emphysematous pyelonephritis were collected from June 2009 to October 2012. Those proven by pathology or germany siemens 16-slice spiral CT scan machine were retrospectively analyzed with literature review. Results In the 8 cases, CT scan disclosed a large number of gas in the renal parenchyma, renal and perirenal space, the renal pelvis and ureter, multiple damage of renal parenchyma, thickening of renal fascia, among which 6 cases had a history of diabetes mel litus, 2 cases had ureteric stone obstruction. Conclusion Emphysematous pyelonephritis is clinically rare, early clinical findings are lack of specificity and high fatality. CT scan is an efficient imaging method for early diagnosis. Fully understanding the disease improves the level of diagnosis.
