多年调节大型水库在连续干旱中的运用与评价

Application of an Overyear Storage Large Reservoir to Continuous Drought Years and Evaluation

依据湖北省漳河水库流域和灌区2011-2014年连续4年严重干旱情况下的水库实际调度运用情况、供水管理现状及实际供水效果等,采用AHP方法,建立了水库调度运用与管理的评价指标体系和评价阈值,分析了水库调度运用、水库供水管理、水库供水效果等敏感指标,并对其进行评价.结论为水库调度运用与管理综合评价值0.93,与实际情况吻合.

According to the Zhanghe reservoir basin and irrigation district in Hubei province during 2011to2014 four consecutive years of severe drought situation of reservoir actual operation status and the actual effect of the water supply,water supply management,etc.,the evaluation index system and evaluation threshold for reservoir operation and management are estalished by using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）.The analysis of reservoir operation and management,water supply effectiveness sensitive indicators are analyzed.Meanwhile,their evaluations are also made.The conclusion is the integrated evaluation index of reservoir operation and management G=0.93,it is in accordance with the actual situation.
