摘要
为了考察碱解法对二沉池污泥中COD的释放效率,本文利用NaOH和超声波两种方法对污水处理厂二沉池中的污泥进行消解,考察NaOH浓度、温度和时间等实验参数对污泥中COD释放量的影响.研究结果表明,当NaOH浓度为2.0g/L,消解时间为12h时,污泥的COD释放量最大,且COD的释放量随NaOH浓度和温度的升高以及时间的延长而增加.与超声波消解污泥相比,NaOH消解污泥释放COD的量明显高于超声波消解释放的COD量.
In this paper,NaOH was used for the study of chemical oxygen demand(COD)released from sludge in the secondary settling pond.The influential factors of concentration of NaOH,temperature and time to the amount of COD released from sludge were investigated.Meanwhile,it is compared with that the amount of COD released from sludge by ultrasonic treatment.The results show that the optimum conditions for COD released are as follows:concentration of NaOH is 2g/L,digestion time is 12 h.The released amount of COD increases with the increase of concentration of NaOH,digestion temperature and digestion time.The amount of COD released by NaOH digestion is higher than ultrasonic treatment.
