摘要
介绍了冷柜内壳底板折弯模结构设计,分析了其折弯过程的工艺性。新折弯模结构使原内壳底板生产需两道工序,变成1道工序,一次完成折弯,大大提升了效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,而且折弯质量也得到提升。
This paper introduces the structure design of refrigerator bottom's internal shell bending die,analyzed the technology of bending process. New structure of bending die reduced the production process of refrigerator bottom's internal shell to only 1 from 2 before, It complete bending I time,improved the efficiency greatly, reduced the labor intensity of workers and the bending quality has been improved.
