摘要
对卡箍螺栓套零件的结构特点及工艺性进行了分析,选择了合理可行的成形方法,通过工艺试验,确定了合理的毛坯展开形状和尺寸,针对工艺难点,提出了解决措施,用简单的模具,生产出了合格的零件。
To analyze the structural features and performance of clip bolt bush in order to choose the reasonable and practical way to form and to confirm reasonable size of blank unfolded shape. According to performance difficulties, we come up with a measure to solve them and take a simple die to produce verified parts.
