摘要
基于节省人工的目的,设计了某继电器动簧部分的自动化生产流程。使用"自动铆触点-自动铆衔铁"工艺取代了手工方法。通过设计动簧铆触点模具与动簧铆衔铁模具,采用模具方式实现了动簧部分的自动化生产。提出了一种实现衔铁自动铆接,保证铆接质量的模具结构。实践证明,该流程可行,设备月产能达140万件,可节省人工11名,制件质量稳定。
Production process of relay moving spring component for automatic assembly is designed to save labor. A process method of "automatic contact riveting-automatic armature riveting" is brought forward to instead of manual method. The relevant dies are designed and the automatic assembly is realized by die pattern. A die structure for automatic armature riveting is designed and introduced. Practice has proved that the method is useful and the monthly output of puncher using the die is 1,400,000pcs, and 11 employees are saved.
