摘要
模具在产品开发中起着非常重要的支撑作用,通过协同设计来控制开发周期、降低开发成本具有非常重要的意义,但是模具企业以中小企业为主,一些行业通用的协同设计模式在模具行业中有一定的局限性。本文根据模具行业特点,设计了MCDOM(MoldCollaborative Design Operation Mode)协同设计模式框架、绩效评价指标和协同能力评价指标。调查分析发现,MCDOM协同设计模式适用于模具行业,能够帮助企业流程管理的提升。同时,也发现只有不断缩小模具行业上游和下游之间的协同能力差距,才能为提升整体设计链的协同效果。
Mold plays a very important role in product development, It has very important significance to control the development cycle and reduce development cost through collaborative design, however, the mold enterprises to small and medium enterprises, some of the industry common design patterns in the mold industry has certain limitations. In this paper, according to the characteristics of mold industry, the paper designs the framework of MCDOM collaborative design model, the evaluation index of performance and the evaluation index of collaborative capability. MCDOM collaborative design model for the mold industry is found to be able to help the enterprise process management. At the same time, the mold industry cooperation ability gap to be found, can improve the overall design chain synergy effect.
