摘要
半轴花键在冷挤压成形时,存在入模口处局部镦粗问题、杆部易失稳变形等缺陷。本文研究了引导区长度对花键成形的影响,采用数值模拟技术对半轴花键冷挤压成形过程进行三维数值模拟,预测优化的工艺参数,通过成形数值模拟,可以很直观地看到半轴花键冷挤压成形过程中引导区的长度对成形的影响情况,并找到合理的引导区长度,从而避免了局部镦粗现象,为花键的冷挤压模具设计和提高成形质量提供指导。
During the extruding for spline shaft, the bulging problem at the die-entrance is easily generated, the problem of instability of axle is also usually generated. Study on the influence of the guide-area length during the extruding for spline shaft is analyzed, the whole forming process of the extruding for spline shaft is simulated, optimum technological parameters are predicted.The influence on the forming of the guide-area length during the extruding for spline shaft can be visually expressed, rational guide-area length is given, the bulging problem is avoided. The theoretical guide to the design of dies and the quality of product is given.
