摘要
在"营养配餐"课程教学实践中,针对目前高职院校"营养配餐"课程教学存在的问题,根据高等职业教育的课程改革方向与目标,从教学内容、教学模式、教学方法和手段、课程考核等方面提出"营养配餐"课程教学改革措施,并提出今后努力的方向。
In the teaching of the course Nutiritions Diet Planning and according to the higher occupation education curriculum reform direction and goals,this paper suggests reforms in terms of teaching contents,teaching mothods,testing so as to solve the general problems of vocational course deposit and raises the future struggle direcion.
