摘要
针对食品科学与工程专业"仪器分析"实验课程中存在的问题,依照教学改革和培养创新能力的需要,通过合理安排实验内容、建立"阶段性"的实验教学模式、实行开放式教学、鼓励学生参与教师科研活动、强化预习环节、完善实验考核、加强师资建设、提高科研素养等几个方面对实验教学进行了改革与实践,培养了学生的实验动手操作技能和创新能力,提高了实验课的教学质量。
In view of the drawbacks of the experimental teaching of Instrumental Analysis in food specialty,according to the special situation of food science and engineering and the needs of teaching reform and the cultivation of innovative talents,a series of innovations are taken by arrangementing of experimental contents reasonably. The experimental teaching mode of phases is set up,also opening teaching and encouraging students to participate in the activities of teachers' scientific research,strengthening the preview link and improving the experiment testing system, strengthening the construction of teachers, and improving the scientific literacy, which developed the students' innovation ability and experimental operation ability, and improved the instrumental analysis experimental teaching quality.
