视频案例教学法是一种生动、直观的教学方法。介绍了视频案例教学法的基本概况、视频案例教学法在"果蔬加工学"课程中应用的必要性、视频案例教学法的实施方法,以及其在实施过程中应注意的问题。结果表明,视频案例教学法能够更好地调动学生的学习兴趣、提高学生讨论问题和解决问题的能力,达到良好的教学效果。

Video case teaching method is vivid and direct teaching method. The basic survey,the necessity of application in fruits and vegetables processing course,implement method and the problems that should be paid attention in the implementation process are introduced in this paper. The practical results show that video cases teaching method can mobilize students＇ learning interest and improve their ability of discussing and solving problems.
