妊娠早期甲状腺功能减退筛查的应用价值分析 被引量：2

摘要 妊娠期甲状腺功能减退可影响胎儿神经系统的发育，造成后代智力水平低下。因此，2007年国际内分泌学会临床实践指南推荐对具有危险因素的妊娠妇女进行甲状腺功能减退筛查，但是否应该应用于所有的孕妇尚存在争议。本次研究回顾性分析了2007年10月至2009年12月在新疆克拉玛依市建卡的早孕妇女2＇158人，通过对妊娠期早期的妇女进行甲状腺功能检测，了解甲状腺功能筛查对妊娠早期甲状腺功能减退诊断的应用价值。
