特发性节段性大网膜梗死的诊治体会 被引量：2

摘要 特发性节段性大网膜梗死（idiopathic segmental infarction of the greater omentum, ISIGO）是一种罕见的外科急腹症，其表现缺乏特异性，容易误诊。本次研究采用腹腔镜技术诊断及处理了5例ISIGO患者，旨在为ISIGO提供一种新的诊疗思路。现报道如下。
