在法律制定和实施中贯彻男女平等原则,既是贯彻男女平等基本国策的重要内容,也是满足新时期妇女发展需要的基本要求。以《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》为例,从法律制定、修订以及实施等层面,具体分析该法颁布近20年来贯彻男女平等原则的主要做法和基本经验,探索我国立法、执法等环节落实男女平等的方法和途径,对于在中国特色社会主义法治体系建设中保障妇女权益具有积极意义。

Achieving gender equality in the process of law-making and enforcement is an important part of comprehensively implementing governing the country by law. It is also the requirements of implementing the basic national policy of gender equality and advancing women＇ s development. Taking Organic Law of the Vil- lagers Committees of the People＇s Republic of China for instance, this paper will analyze the main practices and basic experience of the law to achieve gender equality implementation in gender equMi~ in from the perspective of law-making, revision and the past 20 years.
