大学生村官职业倦怠与心理健康的关系——兼论社会支持的中介作用

Relationship between Job Burnout and Mental Health of“Village Official”Undergraduates——And on Mediation Role of Social Supports

为了了解大学生村官职业倦怠与心理健康的关系,探讨社会支持在职业倦怠与心理健康之间的中介作用机制,采用职业倦怠问卷、一般健康问卷及社会支持量表对浙江省湖州市200名大学生村官进行问卷调查。结果显示大学生村官职业倦怠不仅与心理健康的关系路径显著,而且社会支持对两者关系的中介作用十分显著。因此,大学生村官职业倦怠对心理健康水平有影响,社会支持在职业倦怠与心理健康水平之间发挥着重要的中介作用。

To understand the status of mental health of ＂village official＂undergraduates, study the effect of job burnout on their mental health and discuss the mediation role of social supports between the job burnout and mental health, the questionnaire of job burnout, questionnaire of general health and social support scale were adopted for 200＂village official＂undergraduates in Huzhou, Zhejiang. There was the signifi- cant relationship between the job burnout and their mental health, while the mediation role of social supports was obvious. The job burnout has the certain effect on the mental health of＂village official＂undergraduates and the social supports play the mediation role between the job burnout and mental health.
