“舍堂教育”对内地体育院校寝室文化建设的启示——以湖州师范学院体育学院为例

Inspiration of“Hall Education”Mode for Dormitory Culture Construction in Sport Colleges in China's Mainland——Case Study of Institute of Physical Education in Huzhou Teachers College

高校寝室文化建设对人才培养具有潜移默化的作用,随着中国高等教育教学改革的不断深入,寝室文化建设也越来越受到重视。通过对内地体育院校的寝室文化建设与香港大学"舍堂教育"模式的比较分析,发现内地体育院校寝室文化建设在制度文化、管理结构设计、软硬件环境文化等方面存在许多不足,应加强制度文化建设,进一步明晰寝室文化管理结构,提升软硬件环境文化建设,才能更好地体现高校寝室管理"以人为本、服务育人"的宗旨。

Dormitory culture construction has a subtle transforming influence for talent cultivation in colleges. As the reform of higher educa- tion system deepens in China and university logistics service develops, more and more attention is paid to dormitory culture construction. Through the comparative analysis between domestic sports college dormitory culture construction and the university of Hong Kong＇s ＂hall education＂ model, we found many deficiencies in the management of dormitory culture construction system of domestic sports colleges and u- niversities in the perspectives of management structure design as well as hardware and software environment culture. Therefore, we are en- couraged to strengthen cultural construction management system, further clarify the dormitory culture management structure, promote cul- tural construction of software and hardware environment, so that they can better reflect the tenet of ＂people- and- service -oriented educa- tion＂ in dormitory management.
