摘要
文章从研究购物中心的消费者消费行为出发,针对购物中心的发展变化趋势,提出关于购物中心的营销策略建议:人性化的消费体验;个性化的定制服务;打造品牌集合店;引领生活方式的社会化营销。
By studying the consumer behavior and aiming at the development and change trends of the shopping center, this paper puts forward suggestions on the marketing tactics for the shopping centers: human consumption experience, personalized custom service, building brand collection shop, and social marketing which leads life style.
