摘要 高职院校在培养学生职业能力方面有着不容动摇的主体地位,如何提高学生的职业竞争能力,帮助他们更好地适应社会、走向工作岗位,解决绝大多数学生的就业困境,是一项重要、紧迫且艰巨的任务。以食品营养与检测专业为例,构建基于职业能力培养的人才培养模式,为新形势下高职人才培养模式提供新的思路。 The higher vocational colleges in training students' professional ability is main body status, how to improve the students' professional competition ability, help them to better adapt to society and work, to solve most of the students' employment difficulty is an important, urgent and arduous task. Taking Food Nutrition and Testing professional as example, building personnel training mode based on professional ability training provide new ideas for higher vocational talents training mode in new forms.
