摘要
利用有限元法对缸盖—密封垫片—排气管组合件进行螺栓预紧力下的结构受力分析,得到了密封垫片上的接触应力分布云图和垫片变形量。计算结果表明,多层复合垫片在装配要求预紧力情况下,表现出了很好的密封性。同时,采用垫片单元来进行模拟垫片突筋计算的方法可以大幅度减少计算量,避免计算过程中的发散问题。
The assembly of cylinder head, gasket seal and exhaust pipe in pre-tightening condition was analyzed by finite element method. The contact stress distribution on the gasket and the displacement of gasket were obtained. It was found that layers mixed gaskets were well sealed in this condition. Meanwhile gasket element was used to simulate pads' flange calculation to avoid divergent at very reduced capacity.
