摘要
针对目前由普通电机驱动的传统AGV能耗高、动力系统效率低以及续驶里程和续航能力不足等问题,对由轮毂电机为动力系统的AGV进行了性能仿真研究,并根据实际需要为轮毂电机驱动型AGV选取了相应的轮毂电机。利用仿真软件ADVISOR对轮毂电机驱动型AGV的动力系统进行了建模与仿真,对比分析了轮毂电机驱动型AGV与普通电机驱动型AGV在荷电状态SOC、电机和电池效率以及整车能耗等指标上的差别。研究结果表明:相比于普通电机驱动型AGV,轮毂电机驱动型AGV的电机和电池效率更高,续驶里程更长,整车能量消耗节省了15%。
For the high energy consumption, low efficiency of power system, insufficient continued driving range and lack of endurance in current traditional AGV driven by ordinary motor, performance simulation study on wheel motor drive type AGV is conducted, and the corresponding hub motor is chosen for wheel motor drive type AGV according to actual needs. Modeling and simulation are conducted to the power system of wheel motor drive type AGV with simulation software ADVISOR, the difference of wheel motor drive type AGV and ordinary motor drive type AGV in the state of charge (SOC), motor and battery efficiency, and vehicle energy consumption are compared and analyzed. The results show that compared with ordinary motor drive type AGV, wheel motor drive type AGV has higher motor and battery efficiency and longer driving range, with the energy consumption of the vehicle saved by 15%.
