摘要
以发动机正时链传动系统的布局设计为研究目的 ,通过对正时链条自由长度、紧边长度、正时链传动系统的摩擦、张紧器及链板的结构和工艺等进行优化设计来降低系统的摩擦损失及保证系统运行的稳定性。同时通过计算和实验研究表明增加链条的节数可以增加θ动值以稳定T/F值,但同时也会增大摩擦损失,因此在设计时需要选择合适的链条节数。
In this paper, the layout design of the engine timing chain transmission system as research purposes, the timing chain free length, tension side length, friction of the timing chain drive system, the structure and technology of the tensioner and chain plate are optimum designed to reduce the friction loss of the system and ensure the stability of the system. Calculation and experimental research show that increasing the number of chain sections can increase the value of θ动 to stabilize T/F value, but the friction loss will also be increased, so proper number of chain sections should be chosen in design.
