摘要
为了解决稻谷不及时干燥造成稻谷霉烂变质的问题,提高稻谷品质,确定了低温循环谷物干燥机的总体结构方案,完成了缓苏储粮段、干燥段、卸粮段、斗式提升机等主要系统的设计计算,成功进行了稻谷干燥试验。通过稻谷干燥试验表明,每批次处理量为15 000 kg,干燥速率为0.9%/h,干燥能力为13.75 t%/h。该机具有降水幅度大、干燥均匀等特点,可适合干燥稻谷、小麦等作物。
The moisture content of wet paddy grain in southern China is usually as high as 24%. Thus, paddy grain will mildew or sprout if not being dried promptly. At the same time, if not being dried properly, it will easily cause crack which can lead to an increase of rich broken rate when milling. In order to solve the problem that grain rots badly because the rice is not timely dried and to improve grain quality, the overall structure scheme of low temperature grain dryer cycle is determined, calculation of the main systems of the tempering grain storage section, dryer section, unloading grain section and bucket eleva- tor is completed, test of rice drying is successfully conducted. Paddy drying test shows that each batch processing capacity of 15 000 kg, minus the dry rate of 0.9%/h, the drying capacity is 13.75 t%/h. The machine has a large range of precipitation, drying uniformity and other characteristics, it may be suitable for the drying of rice, wheat and other croos.
