2015年的十一,＂处长＂龙明姬是在新疆维吾尔自治区阿克苏地区乌什县依麻木乡汉代克吉然村度过的。这里距离他平日工作生活的乌鲁木齐,还有1100公里。在新疆28年,50岁的龙明姬第一次在新疆的农村度过国庆假期。他在乌鲁木齐的身份是新疆党委组织部干部教育处处长,他在汉代克吉然村的身份是住村工作组组长,也是目前新疆＂访民情、惠民生、聚民心＂（简称＂访惠聚＂）活动中驻守在全疆各地农村的74000名机关干部中的一员。
In 2014, a project that would send 200 thousands government officers to Xin Jiang villages began. The project will last for three years and more than 70 thousands officers would be chosen in each year. In September, the journalist of CEW went to a village in south Xin Jiang and visited several officers working there. How they change the villages' life? And how the experience in village change their own life?
