盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛的疗效及经济学分析

The curative effect of oxycodone hydrochloride zyban pain treatment and economic analysis

目的对比盐酸羟考酮缓释片与盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗中重度癌痛的疗效及成本,验证羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛的临床优势及长远意义。方法选取符合治疗条件的中重度癌痛患者108例,随机分为羟考酮组(A组)及吗啡组(B组),其中A组51例,B组57例,分别比较用药2周后的镇痛疗效,及治疗2周后的成本、不良反应、生活质量评分,并进行统计学分析。结果 A组和B组镇痛治疗总有效率分别为92.1%和89.5%,两组间疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组药物不良反应发生率低且差异无统计学意义,两组药物对生活质量的改善无统计学意义。结论两组药物镇痛疗效相当,但从长远来看,服用盐酸羟考酮缓释片成本更低,是中重度癌痛患者镇痛治疗的较佳方案。

Objective To compare curative effect and cost between Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets and Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets in treatment of moderate or severe cancer pain and to verify the clinical advantage of oxycodone sustained-release tablets in the treatment of severe cancer pain and long-term significance.Methods 108 eligible patients with moderate to severe pain were divided into oxycodone group（51cases）and morphine group（57cases）.The analgesia effect and the treatment cost,adverse reaction,quality of life were obseved.Results The total effective rate of oxycodone group and morphine group were 92.1% and 89.5%（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction of two groups of drugs had no statistically significant difference.The improvement of the quality of life had no statistical significance Conclusion The two drugs have quite analgesic effect.But in the long run,taking Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets has lower cost,which is a better solution in the treatment of cancer pain in patients with severe pain.
