丹参山楂提取物预防大鼠高脂血症形成的药理研究 被引量:11

The Pharmacological Research of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Fructus Crataegi Extracts on the Prevention of Hyperlipidemia in Rats

摘要 目的观察口服丹参山楂提取物对预防大鼠高脂血症形成的影响。方法取雄性SD大鼠58只,按血清总胆固醇(TC)水平进行分层分组,正常对照组;高脂模型组;丹参山楂提取物小剂量组(40 mg/kg);丹参山楂提取物中剂量组(80 mg/kg);丹参山楂提取物大剂量组(160 mg/kg);血脂康组(100 mg/kg)。各个治疗组连续给药17 d,从第4天开始,除正常对照组外,其余各组大鼠每日以10 mL/kg体积灌服脂肪乳剂。在实验第18天,测定所有大鼠血清TC、三酰甘油(TG)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),计算低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)值;同时取出肝脏称重,并进行病理学检查。结果大鼠连续14 d灌服脂肪乳剂后,可形成高脂血症和肝脂肪变,在给脂肪乳剂时给予丹参山楂提取物(消瘀降脂胶囊原料药),则可明显减少大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C比值及肝重量系数的增加,防止HDL-C的降低及肝脂肪变的形成。结论给大鼠连续灌服丹参山楂提取物后,可明显抑制高脂血症和肝脂肪变的形成。 Objective To investigate the influence of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(RSM)and Fructus Crataegi(FC)extracts on the prevention of hyperlipidemia.Methods Fifty-eight male rats were stratified six groups according to their serum total cholesterol(TC)levels:Normal control group,hyperlipidemia model group,RSM and FC extracts low-dose group(40 mg/kg),middle-dose group(80 mg/kg),high-dose group(160 mg/kg),Xuezhikang group(100 mg/kg).Each treatment group was administered continuously for 17 days.From the 14 th day,all rats were daily fed with 10 mL/kg fat emulsion in addition to the normal control group.In 18 th day,serum TC,triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were detected,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)value was calculated.Then the livers were harvested to weigh and pathological detection was conducted.Results After 14 days’ being fed with fat emulsion continuously,all rats in treatment groups may form hyperlipidemia and hepatic steatosis.But when given the extracts of RSM and FC at the same time(Xiaoyu Jiangzhi capsule active pharmaceutical ingredient),the serum TC,TG,LDL-C,TC/HDL-C and liver weight coefficient significantly reduced.Conclusion The extracts of RSM and FC can inhibit the formation of hyperlipidemia and hepatic steatosis in rats.
