蛭蛇通络胶囊对原发性高血压伴糖尿病患者血小板活化因子和炎症因子及内皮功能的影响

Effects of Zhishe Tongluo Capsule on Platelet-activating Factor,Inflammation Factor and Endothelial Function in Essential Hypertension with Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察蛭蛇通络胶囊对原发性高血压伴糖尿病患者血小板活化因子和炎症因子及内皮功能的影响。方法选择2013年6月—2014年6月收治的原发性高血压伴糖尿病患者72例,按照数字随机法分为两组,每组36例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组于对照组基础上给予蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗。72例患者均测定血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRD)、血脂血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB-C)、血小板活化指标(CD62p)、糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体复合物(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)、血浆内皮素1(ET-1)及血浆一氧化氮水平,并行统计学分析。结果观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG及LDL-C均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组hs-CRP、FIB-C、CD62p、GPⅡb/Ⅲa、ET-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NO水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蛭蛇通络胶囊应用于原发性高血压伴糖尿病患者效果较佳,可抑制血小板激活及血管炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effects of Zhishe Tongluo capsule（ZTC）on platelet-activating factor（PAF）,inflammation factor and endothelial function in essential hypertension（EH）with diabetes mellitus（DM）.Methods Seventy-two patients with EH and DM were randomly divided into two groups：The control group（n =36）treated with routine treatment and the treatment group（n=36）treated with routine treatment plus ZTC.The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,fibrinogen,platelet activation markers CD62 p,glycoprotein（GP）IIb/IIIa receptor complexes,plasma endothelin 1（ET-1）and nitric oxide（NO）were determined.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in treatment group were lower than that in control group after treatment（P 〈0.05）.The levels of serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）and low density lipoprotein-eholesterol（LDL-C）in treatment group were lower than that in control group,while the level of high density lipoprotein-eholesterol（HDL-C）was higher than that in control group（P 〈0.05）.The levels of hsCRP,FIB-C,CD62 p,GPIIb/IIIa,ET-1in treatment group were lower than that in control group,while the level of NO was higher than that in control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion ZTC can inhibit platelet activation and inflammation reaction in patients with EH and DM.
