摘要
本文分析老年长期护理需求的基础上,结合实地调查数据对长沙市2015年和2020年的老年长期护理费用进行了预测。预测结果表明,预计2015年和2020年老人长期护理费用总额将分别达到10.05亿元和13.72亿元,老年人长期护理费用负担较为沉重,有必要建立长期护理保险制度应对这一问题。
