近年来,随着我国社会保险事业不断发展,社会保险制度为社会安全发挥着日益重要的作用,但其制度的保障体系未臻完善,通过再保险手段加以完善意义重大。目前我国社会保险再保险在实践中的主要操作模式为"保险合同模式"和"委托代办模式",都属于社会保险再保险"经办路径"的范畴,相应的"再保模式"同样值得关注,能够在发挥商业保险优势,促进商业保险、社会保险协调发展上起到作用。

In recent years, with the continuous uevc,vv safety net of the whole society is playing an increasingly important role, but the social insurance system itself is not perfect, therefore it is of great importance to improve the system by means of reinsurance. At present, the main operation modes of reinsurance in Chinese social insurance are ＂insurance contract model＂ and ＂agency model＂, both belonging to the ＂handling path＂. But in fact the ＂pure reinsurance path＂ is equally deserving of attention, it can take advantage of commercial insurance, and realize the co- ordinated development of social insurance and commercial insurance.
